1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CoinPlay ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
CoinPlay is a simulated cryptocurrency trading and educational platform. The App provides: • Simulated cryptocurrency trading using virtual currency • Educational content about cryptocurrency and financial markets • Portfolio tracking and analytics using simulated data • Learning modules and quizzes CoinPlay is intended solely for educational and entertainment purposes.
3. Simulated Trading: No Real Money
IMPORTANT: All trading activity on CoinPlay is entirely simulated. No real money, cryptocurrency, or financial assets are involved at any point. • Virtual balances have no monetary value • No real purchases, sales, or transfers of cryptocurrency occur • Simulated prices are for educational purposes and may not reflect actual market prices • Nothing on this App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice CoinPlay is not a licensed financial institution, broker, or investment advisor. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any real investment decisions.
4. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoinPlay. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate information during registration You may not create accounts for others without their consent or create multiple accounts to abuse in-app features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App or its data • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CoinPlay, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of CoinPlay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CoinPlay disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the App • Inaccuracies in simulated pricing or educational content • Any decisions made based on information from the App • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Google Sign-In for account creation. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
